At South Beach, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
